About Me

I am married to my Husband, Geoffrey for 48 years. I have 1 Son, a beautiful daughter-in-law, 1 granddaughter, and a great grandson and granddaughter. I live in a small community in Caledonia, MS.

My love for crafting extends from my mother who: sews, knits, crochets, paints, she learned tatting on her own. I have always been artsy and learned to sew, knit, crochet at a young age. I had a co-worker introduce me to Scrapbooking. It quickly became my 1st real love. As I scrapbooked my Son’s life history, making cards and wedding album, I enjoyed that craft tremendously.

I retired 2 years ago and began my real crafting journey where I learned to make wreaths, I was introduced to the Cricut machine and that opened a whole new variety of crafts using my scrapbooking skills. I learned to work a little with wood. I recently began to take painting lessons. So, as you can see my love to learn and craft has been a lifetime of honing my skills as a crafter.

Making wreaths has become a passion and decided to take it beyond a hobby and started my Craft business. I began to participate in Craft shows, Last year I added a “Booth” in a brick and Mortar store to diversify my reach and awareness. I have had mild success with these avenues. I joined a community of Wreath makers to enhance my skills in this area. Hired a Business coach to take my business to the next level. He recommended I open an Etsy store for my online presence. My goal is to get better and provide beautiful creations for my customers while growing my audience.

I am looking forward to teaching others how to make wreaths and creating a community of my own. I love helping people learn a new or enhance their current skills.

I once heard someone say, “Find a job that you love so much you’d almost do it for Free”. I am living that dream now and hope that you will join me on my journey, whether a customer or a wreath maker yourself. Together we can make our world a little better place.
